What this site is
CalcMyHealth provides free, self-serve calculators — BMI, daily calories, TDEE, body fat percentage, pregnancy due date, ovulation, blood pressure category, and sleep cycles — based on published, widely used formulas (including the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the U.S. Navy circumference method, Naegele's rule, and the American Heart Association's blood pressure categories).
